Prep Dish makes it easy by giving you a grocery list, prep instructions, and and day-of instructions for all meals for the week. They taking the guessing game out of dinner and all the recipes are healthy and delicious!

Allison is also the founder of Miscarriage Hope Desk. Miscarriage Hope Desk is a resource to help women struggling through a miscarriage. Allison had 5 miscarriages, and she understands the sorrow and pain they cause. She created Miscarriage Hope Desk with 2 goals. One, to connect you with real life stories from women walking a similar path of recurrent miscarriage. And two, to provide and connect you with resources and research to help you make informed decisions in a timely manner.
