Motherhood has been the hardest, most enduring and fulfilling job I have ever had. I have a 5 year old, 3 year old and I am due with my third in early October. When COVID-19 hit in 2020, I found myself home fulltime with an infant and 2 year old and my world was flipped upside down. I had never imagined being able to stay home with my kids and now had an entirely new set of obstacles. I quickly found out that motherhood requires so much patience and understanding and I needed to work on that. Having my kids honestly helped me turn into a better version of myself. My two kids are actually the ones who motivated and inspired me to start my own business which I will forever be grateful for. There will always be hard days where I feel like I wasn't patient enough or didn't give enough attention but I think the fact that we reflect on that at the end of the day, makes us great moms. The more mothers I get to know, the more I realize we all have so much in common and worry about similar things. Finding a supportive and inclusive motherhood community is so important because you will no longer feel alone. Although the idea of adding another Little One scares me like nothing else, it is also the most exciting, heartwarming feeling I have ever experienced. Motherhood really does change you for the better and you really learn what unconditional love feels like.
