How to do Puppy Dog Yoga Pose: Start in a tabletop position with your hands and knees on the floor. Then, walk your hands forward while keeping your hips over your knees, allowing your chest to lower towards the ground, creating a gentle stretch in your back and shoulders.

Benefits of this pose: Stretches the spine, shoulders, upper back, arms and abdominal muscles. As a slight inversion, with the heart just higher than the head, this pose can foster a sense of calmness in the body, relieving stress and anxiety.
