Whether you are a soon-to-be mother, a new mom navigating the early stages of parenthood, or a seasoned parent, we hope these stories resonate with you, reminding you that you are not alone on this beautiful yet challenging journey.

"I always say my son is the love of my life and my daughter is the light of my life. I often reflect how different their two personalities are and how my parenting has had to adapt and change with both of them to serve each of them best. It hasn’t been easy, especially raising one child who is highly sensitive, and I many times question if I’m doing it all wrong. One of the best things I have done for myself and my kids, is to seek out the support of a child psychologist to meet with once every six weeks. I ask all my parenting questions specific for each child and we work through them together. It feels like such a life saver and I truly believe I can see such a difference in myself and my kids. We might not all have access to this very catered support, so I would highly recommend looking up Dr. Becky Kennedy if you have the chance. She’s been someone I love to follow."
XO,
Allie
