During the fall and winter I love drinking Golden Milk. There are so many health benefits to Golden Milk such as reduced inflammation, improved mood, immune system support, brain function support and improved memory.
Place all ingredients (except maple syrup) into a medium saucepan. Whisk together and bring to a simmer over medium/low heat. Stir frequently for 5 mins. Add maple syrup, stir and serve right away. Garnish with a shake of cinnamon. Best to while winding down at the end of the night.
